Gift Voucher
You can buy Manuka Baby Gift Vouchers online at www.manukababy.co.uk. We will deliver the vouchers to any UK postcode for a minimal addtional charge. We will gladly hand write your chosen recipients name and your name, as the giver onto the voucher.
To redeem your gift voucher shop online at www.manukababy.co.uk as normal. Proceed to checkout, you will need to enter the code on the gift voucher where prompted on this page.
If you do not reach the value of your gift voucher during this visit to www.manukababy.co.uk please set up an account/register with Manuka Baby online, then give us a call and we shall credit your account for shopping at a later date.
Descriptions
To the best of our knowledge the product descriptions on the site are accurate and up-to-date. We include images of products on our site to help you with your selection; there may be slight variations in colour depending on individual computer settings.
Deliveries
We take great care in delivering special and unique products direct to your home. In the unlikely event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it becomes available.
If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock, you will only be charged for delivery once.
Goods will be sent to the delivery address provided by you in your order.
We will deliver to any UK address.
We also aim to deliver to Europe addresses; additional delivery charges will be applicable. Please contact us with any enquiries.

PLEASE NOTE:
Unfortunately it is not possible to guarantee the delivery time in some areas, these include: Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly or the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
Weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
Free Postage; when offered as a promotion is only applicable to the standard delivery service.
Returns
We are sure you will be delighted with your baby essentials purchased from Manuka Baby, we strive to provide you with the highest quality merchandise. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied please return your purchase unused, unwashed and in original packaging suitable for resale within 10 days for refund or exchange. (By law, you are given the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the item's delivery to you.) Please return it along with a copy of your World Pay invoice or your World Pay transaction number and an explanation for the reason of return to the below address.
If the item is a damaged or defective good we will refund to you the amount paid for the goods in question, provided that you contact us about the problem in writing within 10 working days of delivery of the goods plus return the goods to us. For notification in writing of a damaged or defective item please email info@manukababy.co.uk or send a letter to;

- With the exception of faulty goods we cannot refund postage and packaging.
- Gift card service will not be refunded.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service for returns as we are unable to refund for goods that we do not receive back. In the event that a return is lost in the post you will be able to claim from Royal Mail (or other provider) on condition you are able to provide proof of posting and/or insurance.
Refunds
If you have requested a refund on a returned item please allow at least 2 weeks for us to process your refund once we have received your return parcel.
Refunds can only be made to the original payment method you used at the time of placing your order.
We will email you to let you know that your refund has been completed.
We reserve the right to return the goods to you if they are not in their original resalable condition. Again we state that we recommend you use a recorded-delivery service for returns as we are unable to refund for goods that we do not receive back.
